The Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services is a member of the Pacific Open Learning Health Net (POLHN). POLHN serves as a platform for health professionals to enroll in e-learning courses for the purpose of building capacity among local and regional institutions. DPHSS is organized into five service divisions, including public health, general administration, environmental health, senior citizens, and public welfare. The staff level is currently at 424 employees and is comprised of program managers, technicians, supervisors, management, license professionals and others.
